Follow Up
Our follow-up process helps to ensure that we deliver on the promise we made during the initial home assessment.
After our first visit, your Team Leader will send you a copy of the ZOOM! checklist, indicating everything our team put their hand to during their service in your home. You will also receive a personal phone call from Ali, our Service Manager, who will ask for your feedback and ensure that you are happy with the work undertaken in your home.
Should you opt for regular upkeep (our ZAP! service), your Team Leader will send you a copy of the ZOOM! checklist after each visit, indicating everything our team put their hand to while they attended your home.
At all times we remain easily accessible and responsive to any questions or concerns you might have regarding our service. We love hearing from you and learning how we can better the care that we deliver to you and your home.
